Crystal P. Talley, Esq.
Crystal P. Talley is one of the founding members of the Florida Justice Group. She is a two time graduate of the University of Florida, first with her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and second from the Levin College of Law with her Juris Doctor. Beginning her career in the Third Circuit, she worked as a prosecutor in both Suwannee and Hamilton Counties for almost four years. As a result, she provides a creative perspective to the practice of criminal law as a defense attorney and is able to use her knowledge to give advice on plea bargains, trial strategy, probation violations, and more.
Since leaving the State Attorney’s office, she has focused her energies primarily on family law, including divorces and custody disputes, and injury cases, including car accidents and worker’s compensation. She understands the importance of family and is willing to fight for you and yours. Sometimes, things don’t go as planned in life. However, with the right tools, she believes you can overcome any challenge!
Crystal also enjoys working with small local businesses and churches. Although not her primary focus, corporate and business law is a passion and she loves the opportunity to advise on start-up procedures, contract law, and legal obligations.
In the community, Crystal works as an adjunct professor in the criminal justice department at Saint Leo University. She also serves on the board of directors for her local church. In her free time, Crystal enjoys graphic and web design, and spending time with her husband TJ, and their children Elizabeth and Trey.
